Jake is a church planter and pastor with a heart to help churches grow through creative outreach and discipleship. He’s had the privilege of coaching over 500 pastors around the world through UpLevel Leader. Jake and his wife Bethany pastor Joy Church in Eugene, OR but their main job is raising three rambunctious kids: Evelyn, Jack, and Penny.
