Building sustainable teams, services, systems and culture that fosters life transformation in the lives of students.Tyrone and Karina lead City Youth together and have been doing so for 6 years. Tyrone is also the Associate Pastor of Church For The City and in this position he oversees multiple departments including the City Leadership School. Karina is the executive director of United Way of Yuma County.  Together they have two daughters, Aria and Mila.
